Integkral's process for each project is as unique as each of its clients. There is, however, a certain blueprint of phases that each project may follow:

• Site visit - Scope of work determined and client expectations discussed.
• Schematic design - Integkral designs your space or meets with a client's designer or architect.
• Proposal - Integkral will prepare a detailed scope of work proposal with appropriate pricing, including allowance amounts and any alternative options discussed.
• Permit application - All necessary construction documentation is filed.
• Demolition - Site is cleared for new construction.
• Construction - Building on renovation site begins.
• Finish work - The final details that create an exceptional space are installed, namely, crown moulding, baseboard, trim work, special decorative finishes and floor treatments.
